This Banana Pineapple Smoothie is a quick, easy, delicious, creamy, and refreshing healthy breakfast or snack!

This tropical pineapple smoothie is vegan, dairy-free, and the perfect sweet treat.

This is one of my favorite summertime smoothies.  Since you make it yourself, you control the ingredients.  My favorite milk of choice is coconut milk.

You could easily omit the banana and it would still be an amazing smoothie.  In that case, I would use extra ice or frozen pineapple to get the consistency of a cold, creamy beverage.

And if in the mood, a splash of rum goes great with this banana pineapple smoothie!

You’ll love this quick and easy, healthy pineapple smoothie without yogurt.

    Ingredients:

    • Pineapple
    • Banana
    • Milk
    • Pineapple juice
    • Ice

    How to cut a pineapple – I have a great step-by-step tutorial.

How to make a pineapple smoothie:

    • Gather all the ingredients and place them in a high-speed blender.

Pour your pineapple smoothie into glasses and consume it right away.  This smoothie can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator, for up to several days.

I love to serve it with a pineapple slice garnish.

It will make one large smoothie or two small smoothies.

    Frozen Pineapple Smoothie:

    • Use frozen pineapple

     Tips and Buying Pineapple:

    • Since pineapple has thick skin and is less vulnerable to chemicals, I use non-organic pineapple.
    • Readily available at the grocery store (fresh and frozen).
    • Stock up if pineapple goes on sale.

What Fruit Goes Well With Pineapple?

    • Berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc…)
