Step 1 – Gather and measure the ingredients. Use fresh or frozen fruit, peel, and cut a small piece of ginger. You can use fresh or ground turmeric.

Step 2 – Place all ingredients into a blender.

- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup mango chunks ( I use frozen)
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (I use frozen)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 piece ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric (can sub a small piece of fresh turmeric)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
