Blogging is perfect for me as I love to cook, bake, photograph and write. I am learning to cook with fresh ingredients based on what is in season (works most of the time :)).
I enjoy creating and preparing recipes that are easy yet tasty with the best ingredients available. I do not adhere to a specific dietary regime, but, as of 2014, have been eating foods that are mostly gluten, and dairy-free (some grain-free).
