What is the Whole30? Well, for 30 days, you’ll eat only whole foods—meat, seafood, fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, specific oils, nuts, and seeds—while cutting out sugar, dairy, legumes, grains, and processed foods. Read about the program here.
