Whole30 taco seasoning that is fresh, easy, economical and without the starch, sugar or additives (no MSG) found in store-bought taco seasoning packets.
This Paleo taco seasoning is also keto, gluten-free and grain-free. Make a big batch and store with all your herbs and spices as you’ll be reaching for this one often!
This healthy taco seasoning makes enough to flavor one pound of ground meat; I used ground turkey for the above recipe (which is on a bed of cauliflower rice). Taco flavoring is something I sorely missed when changing my diet.
Now it’s back and I can’t get enough. Let me show you this super simple recipe.
How To Make Whole30 Taco Seasoning:
Step 1 – Gather and measure the ingredients.
Step 2 – Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
Step 3 – Add the taco seasoning to your favorite recipes. Goes great with ground beef, turkey, chicken, shrimp, fish and even sprinkle some into cauliflower rice for a little spice.
Or store in an airtight container for later use.
Homemade Taco Seasoning For Ground Meat:
For my ground turkey recipe, I browned some ground turkey in a saute pan. When it had browned, I added the taco seasoning, a 15 ounce can of organic fire-roasted tomatoes and let it cook together for another few minutes.
This would be great in a taco salad, but I paired with some cauliflower rice and it was absolutely delicious!
Tip: make a batch of this homemade gluten-free taco seasoning to store with your spices. Then you can whip up delicious meals in no time!
