It’s amazing on salads, of course, but also a great dipping sauce for fries!
This lemon tahini dressing is Paleo and vegan and is so creamy, but not made with any mayonnaise.
Tip: make ahead (at least an hour) to give all the ingredients a chance to meld together.
Ingredients:
- Creamy tahini paste
- Garlic
- Fresh lemon juice
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Maple syrup or honey
- Sea salt
- Water as needed to get the right consistency
- (Optional: freshly ground black pepper or dijon mustard to taste)

Tahini is simply ground sesame seeds turned into a paste. They are naturally bitter so the addition of acid and sweetness helps cut down on that flavor. You can make your own tahini paste as well.
