If you like peaches, then you will love this Peach Glaze Sauce recipe. This Peach Glaze pairs perfectly with the Herb Roasted Boneless Turkey Breast recipe that I recently posted. With only three ingredients, it can be ready in under five minutes.
Since this is a sweet sauce, I have found a little goes a long way. It is a great alternative to the traditional gravies or cranberry sauce. Or why not offer more than one sauce to please many palates? It is nice to have some variety.
If you are preparing the roasted turkey breast, it might be nice to have several sauce options available. The first time I tried this peach glaze recipe, I was quite happy that a few easy ingredients could produce a great sauce for this roasted turkey. I realized the recipe was a keeper.
It keeps well in the refrigerator for several days and can be heated up as needed.

- 3 tablespoons peach jelly try to find one that is all fruit or sweetened with fruit
- 1/8 cup ghee
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
-
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on medium low for about 3-5 minutes until mixture melts and comes together.
-
You can brush the turkey with some of the peach glaze about 20 minutes before you would take it out of the oven. I usually just use it as a glaze sauce on turkey slices after turkey is completely cooked.

What is ghee?
