Avocado chocolate pudding with just THREE ingredients which is so easy to make!  This avocado chocolate mousse is rich and creamy yet has a delicious lightness! 

The perfect treat while trying to keep your diet clean!   Kid-friendly too!

Some days you are craving chocolate.  Wouldn't it be great to have a 5 minute healthier treat to whip up (with just 3 ingredients)?  

Tip:  Store this delicious treat in the fridge so it's waiting for you.  

Does this avocado chocolate pudding have a strong avocado taste?  Nope!  It tastes like chocolate pudding.

How To Make Chocolate Avocado Pudding:

  1.  Gather and measure the ingredients.

2 avocados halved, cacao powder and maple syrup on table.

Look for just ripe avocados, not overly ripe.  They could still be green depending on what you choose.

2.  Remove the pit and add the avocado flesh to a food processor and process for a few minutes until very creamy.

Add the remaining ingredients (cacao powder, maple syrup).  Look at that rich and silky pudding.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a few days.

  • This recipe is also delicious as avocado chocolate frosting.  Delicious on baked goods!
  • Best served chilled - so pop into the fridge for at least 30 minutes after making.

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Splash of espresso or coffee to intensify the chocolate flavor.
  • Serve with berries, raspberries or sliced bananas, chopped nuts.

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup raw organic cacao powder
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove pit and scoop out the green flesh.  Measure the other ingredients.

  2. Place the avocado flesh in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the cacao powder and maple syrup and process for about a minute until all ingredients are combined.

  4. Ready to use as a frosting or put in the refrigerator to firm up.

  5. Can be stored in the refrigerator for about 4 days in an airtight container.
