How To Make Chocolate Avocado Pudding:
- Gather and measure the ingredients.
Look for just ripe avocados, not overly ripe. They could still be green depending on what you choose.
2. Remove the pit and add the avocado flesh to a food processor and process for a few minutes until very creamy.
Add the remaining ingredients (cacao powder, maple syrup). Look at that rich and silky pudding.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a few days.

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup raw organic cacao powder

Cut the avocados in half, remove pit and scoop out the green flesh. Measure the other ingredients.

Place the avocado flesh in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

Add the cacao powder and maple syrup and process for about a minute until all ingredients are combined.

Ready to use as a frosting or put in the refrigerator to firm up.
