Gather and measure ingredients. Preheat waffle pan.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients and whisk/mix well removing all lumps.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the wet ingredients and whisk/mix well.
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well with a spoon.
Scoop waffle batter into the heated waffle maker per manufacturer's instructions.
Serve right away or to freeze, place cooled waffles in a ziplock baggie in the freezer and heat up via toaster or toaster oven.
