A delicious and healthy Waldorf chicken salad that is simple to make! This classic salad is made with chicken, grapes, walnuts, celery, apples, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
Note: the recipe does not include the time for baking the chicken.
To a large mixing bowl, add the diced chicken, walnuts, grapes, apple, celery and mix together.
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice to the mixing bowl and mix in with the chicken mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Ready to serve or place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Can be kept stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
