Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  • 2 tbsp almond flour (I used blanched)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300F degree F.  Line a baking sheet by with parchment paper.

  2. Gather and measure all the ingredients and place in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

  3. Spread the granola nut mixture on the baking sheet evenly.  Then add some areas of space between the mixture as this helps create crunchy clusters.

  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.  Take out of the oven and let cool.

  5. Using a spatula, break up the pieces of granola.

  6. Store in an airtight container for up to several weeks.

  • Using parchment paper means the granola won't stick to the pan and you'll have an easy clean-up.
