Easy to make vegan granola that has crunchy clusters and is Paleo, dairy-free, oil-free, grain-free and gluten-free!
Preheat oven to 300F degree F. Line a baking sheet by with parchment paper.
Gather and measure all the ingredients and place in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Spread the granola nut mixture on the baking sheet evenly. Then add some areas of space between the mixture as this helps create crunchy clusters.
Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly browned. Take out of the oven and let cool.
Using a spatula, break up the pieces of granola.
Store in an airtight container for up to several weeks.
