Herb Roasted Turkey Breast with Peach Glaze Recipe

This peach glaze sauce is a delicious companion to your favorite roasted turkey recipe (or try mine). A little goes a long way, flavor wise, so you don't need much per portion.

  • 3 tablespoons peach jelly try to find one that is all fruit or sweetened with fruit
  • 1/8 cup ghee
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup


  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on medium low for about 3-5 minutes until mixture melts and comes together.
  2. You can brush the turkey with some of the peach glaze about 20 minutes before you would take it out of the oven. I usually just use it as a glaze sauce on turkey slices after turkey is completely cooked.
