Cook the sweet potatoes using one of the methods in the post. Bake or boil.
Once the sweet potatoes are cooked, let them cool. Scoop sweet potato meat out of the baked version. Discard the skins.
Place the sweet potatoes and additional ingredients an electric food processor or blender. You could also use an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
