  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (may substitute frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana (may use frozen)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (this would probably be good with coconut milk)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and you reach the desired consistency.

    For a garnish:  use slices of banana and/or fresh blueberries
