Cape Cod Trail Mix

It's easy to make your own trail mix and often less expensive. This recipe is similar to one I saw at the grocery store, but without the ingredients I wish to avoid.

Ingredients

  • Equal parts raw cashews almonds and dried cranberries. My typical recipe:
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Place the cranberries, almonds and cranberries in a bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Place in air tight container to store.
  3. Great for a snack, to take on hikes, traveling, etc... as it is very transportable.
