In a small mixing bowl, make the flax egg by adding one tablespoon of ground flax seeds with 3 tablespoons of water. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
In a small mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients, including flax egg (except chocolate chips) and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Ready to eat! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a few days.
